Terms of Service

1. Who we are

persianpunks.ai and the Persian Punks shop are run by Persian Punks LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Persian Punks", "we", "us"). Reach us at [email protected].

By using the site, buying merch, or applying for a kitten, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. (The cats will be fine. Mostly.)

2. Merch orders

• Made to order. Our apparel is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, and sold through our Shopify checkout. Your order is a request to buy; it's accepted when we (or Shopify) confirm it by email.
• Colors & sizing. Screens lie a little. Printed colors can look slightly different from mockups, and garment measurements can vary within the manufacturer's tolerance. Check the size chart before you order.
• Pricing & errors. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. If we list something at an obviously wrong price, or it's unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
• Shipping is free on every order, everywhere. Sales tax is added at checkout where required, and international orders may owe import duties or taxes on delivery (see Shipping).
• Shipping, returns & refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy, which are part of these terms.

3. Kitten sales

Kittens are living animals, not products. These terms apply on top of the individual written sales contract each buyer signs. If the two conflict, the signed contract wins.

• Texas residents only. We sell kittens only to buyers who live in Texas.
• In-person pickup only. Kittens go home by pickup in person from our home in Texas, by appointment. We do not ship kittens, and we don't use flight nannies or ground transport.
• Application & approval. Every buyer applies first (contact form, email or Instagram DM). We may approve or decline any application at our discretion, and we place kittens only with approved families.
• Waitlist. Approved families join the waitlist and are offered kittens in waitlist order, as litters and kittens become available. We don't guarantee a specific sex, color or timeline.
• Going home. Kittens go home at 12 weeks or older, and later if their development calls for it, with a starter care kit as described in your sales contract. Price, payment and pickup details are agreed with you directly and set out in your contract.
• Health & care. Any health commitments are the ones written in your sales contract. Persians are a brachycephalic, long-haired breed and need daily grooming and ongoing vet care. Please read up before you apply.
• Visits. Cattery visits are by appointment only, for approved applicants, to protect the health of our cats.
• Directory listings. Our "Find Breeders" directory lists other catteries as a convenience. We don't endorse, vet or guarantee any of them; do your own homework.

4. Our stuff (intellectual property)

Our designs, logo, photos, memes, videos, captions and site content belong to Persian Punks LLC or our licensors. You're welcome to share our posts and memes with credit (tag @persian.punks). You may not sell, print, or use our designs, cat photos or branding commercially without written permission.

5. Your stuff

• Meme Editor. The Meme Editor runs in your browser. Images you upload stay on your device and aren't sent to us. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for what you make and share with it. Keep it legal and don't use it to harass anyone.
• Tags, DMs & reviews. If you tag us or send us content, we may ask to repost it. We'll credit you, and we won't use it in ads without your OK.

6. Be decent

Don't break the site, scrape it at scale, try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours, place fraudulent orders, or use the site for anything illegal.

7. Third-party services & links

Checkout is handled by Shopify, merch fulfillment by Printful, and we link to Instagram and other sites, including breeder websites in our directory. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. We're not responsible for third-party sites or services.

8. Fun stuff is just fun

AI-generated art and memes shown on the site are for entertainment. Nothing here is financial or investment advice.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is." Care tips and cat content are general info, not veterinary advice; ask your vet. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, except where your sales contract or the law says otherwise.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Persian Punks LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any merch order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law and we get dragged into it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change, and the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
