Shipping Policy

How it works

Every Persian Punks shirt is made to order by our print partner, Printful. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you hit Buy, your shirt gets printed, packed and shipped straight to you. That means two clocks:

Estimated delivery = production time + shipping time (business days, so weekends and holidays don't count)

Production time

• Usually 2–5 business days for our tees (Printful's average for this print method). Most orders leave within 5 business days.
• Production starts the business day after you order.
• During busy stretches (hello, November–December) it can take longer.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. No minimum, no fine print.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, customs, weather and the holiday rush can all slow things down.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. If it's been 5 business days past your estimated delivery date and still nothing, email us at [email protected] and we'll chase it down. Covered lost packages get a free replacement or refund (see our Refunds & Returns policy).

Multiple items

Orders with several items may ship in separate packages, sometimes from different print facilities. Still free shipping, however many boxes it takes.

International orders: duties & taxes

Shipping is on us, but import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country aren't. Those are your responsibility unless checkout says they're included. If you refuse a package because of these fees, it's treated as a returned package (see Refunds & Returns).

Addresses

Double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you give us. If it's wrong or incomplete and the package comes back, reshipping costs are on you. Need to fix an address? Email us within 2 hours of ordering.

Kittens

We do not ship kittens. Ever. Kittens go home by in-person pickup in Texas only; see the Kitten Sales section of our Terms.
