Refunds & Returns

TL;DR

Every Persian Punks tee is printed just for you, so we can't take back stuff that's fine but not what you wanted. If we (or our printer, or the mail) mess it up, though, you get a free replacement or a refund, and you don't have to send anything back.

Why no change-of-mind returns?

Your shirt doesn't exist until you order it. It's printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, then shipped straight to you. There's no shelf we can put it back on, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color or buyer's remorse. Check the size chart on each product before you buy. It's a unisex classic fit, so if you're between sizes, size up.

Something wrong? Here's how to get it fixed

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 21 days of delivery. Lost packages: if your order still hasn't shown up 5 business days after its estimated delivery date, email us within 21 days of that estimated date.
  2. Include:
    • your order number
    • a short description of what went wrong
    • clear, well-lit photos:
      • Print or damage issues: the whole item laid flat, plus a close-up of the problem.
      • Wrong item or size: the item with its size tag and the packing slip visible in the same shot.
      • Missing item: the packaging and the packing slip.
  3. We review it and reply within 2 business days. If it's covered, you pick a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
  4. Keep the item. You don't need to ship anything back. Donate it, gift it, or make it your cat's new bed.

Why the window is 21 days: our printer gives us a limited time to file a claim, and we need a few days to do it on your behalf. Please don't sit on it.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Refunds cover the full item price.

Cancellations

Orders head into production fast. If you need to cancel or change something (size, color, address), email us within 2 hours of ordering. If it hasn't started printing yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's in production, we can't cancel it.

Packages that come back to us

If a package bounces back (wrong or incomplete address, refused delivery, unclaimed at customs), we'll email you to arrange reshipping. In those cases we may ask you to cover the reshipping cost. Unclaimed returned items are donated after 30 days and can't be reshipped after that.

Nothing in this policy takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. If your local law gives you more, you get more.

Kittens

Kittens are living beings, not merch, so this policy doesn't apply to them. Kitten sales are covered by the Kitten Sales section of our Terms of Service and your individual kitten sales contract.
